Job Role: Customer Service Officer – Banking

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding bank accounts, ATM cards, cheque books, internet banking, loans, etc.
  • Assist customers in opening Savings & Current Accounts.
  • Process cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
  • Verify customer documents and maintain records.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
  • Promote banking products such as insurance, fixed deposits, credit cards, loans, and mobile banking.
  • Maintain customer relationship and ensure quality service.
  • Support daily branch operations and administrative work.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
  • Professional behavior and positive attitude.

Qualification

  • HS Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Basic English and local language knowledge preferred.

Salary

  • Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (approx.)
  • Experienced candidates may get higher salary with incentives.
