Job Role: Branch Banking Officer
A Branch Banking Officer is responsible for managing customer service, banking operations, and sales activities within the bank branch. The role includes customer handling, account opening, transaction support, and promoting banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide banking solutions.
- Open Savings & Current Accounts (CASA).
- Assist customers with cash, cheque, ATM, and online banking services.
- Maintain branch documentation and customer records.
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Insurance
- Credit Cards
- Fixed Deposits
- Personal Loans
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain customer relationships and service quality.
- Follow banking compliance and KYC procedures.
Job Criteria
Qualification
- HS Pass / Any Graduate.
- Age Maximum 28 years for freshers.
Age Limit
- Usually below 28–35 years.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates preferred for sales or banking background.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Smart personality and customer handling ability.
- Sales and relationship-building skills.
