About the Program

Professional Skill Development initiative for young Indians. An Education Resource Centre to meet the changing academic and pedagogical requirements. On the skill development front our Training Centre, better known as ERMPL Training Centre, was among the first short-term employment linked training programs in India. A 21-days training program on Core Employability Domain Skills like Banking & Finance Management & Pharmaceuticals Management, communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude ensures that there is a significant skill shift among trainees. Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.

Job Responsibilities

  •  You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
  • Training aspirants on an integrated module (Banking & Finance Management / Pharmaceuticals Management + Soft skills + Workplace readiness – all session material will be provided)
  • Publishing and following the Training plan/calendar of the center.
  • Support in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
  • Pre-placement counseling of aspirants
  • Networking with guest lecturers/industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module
  • Handholding aspirants at the workplace (for a short duration) after placement.
  • Supporting center in other works as and when required.
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Design effective training programs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Requirements & Skills

  • Familiarity with Computer, especially Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proven experience as corporate or professional trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Graduate in any discipline or relevant
