Back Office Executive (Bank) – Job Role
🔹 Job Overview
A Back Office Executive handles internal banking operations and ensures all processes run smoothly behind the scenes. This role does not involve direct customer dealing.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- Handle account opening forms and documentation
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Process transactions like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS
- Support loan processing (documentation & verification)
- Prepare daily reports (MIS reports)
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines
- Coordinate with front-office staff
🧠 Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking procedures
- Ability to handle confidential data
- Time management & teamwork
🎓 Qualification
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred, but any graduate can apply)
- Basic computer course
- Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
💰 Salary (India)
- ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month (entry level)
- ₹20,000+ with experience
⏰ Work Environment
- Office-based job (no field work)
- Fixed working hours (mostly 9:30 AM – 6 PM)
- Low to moderate pressure
- No sales target
